Blog Comment/Forum Poster Script

I am in need of a WordPress plugin for auto blog commenting and forum posting.

The Blog Commenter:
- Needs to be able to search for other WordPress blogs to comment on
- Allow user to be able to check with ckeckbox whether to use current list that we provide
- User is able to add keywords for the search
- User is able to add comment username
- User is able to upload a list of blog comments that rotate
- Be able to set how many comment they want per Cron
- Wp-Cron Enabled
- Allow user to input a list of proxies to user for commenter
- Display a read-out of all successfully commented blogs

Forum Poster
- Forum account creator - them either saved to .txt file or DB
- Be able to post comments or create threads for the forums
- User is able to upload a list for titles
- User is able to upload a list of comments/thread posts
- Display a read-out of all successful forum posts
- Runs on Wp-Cron every 24-hours

I NEED THIS PROJECT DONE WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS.
