We're a leading UK speciality tea company, looking for a part-time social media specialist to work with our team for approximately 1 day per week for the next 2-3 months with a view that this could potentially develop into a longer term arrangement.
We're looking for someone who has previous experience of managing social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally in the food & drinks sector, and of course who loves tea!
The role is to manage the Facebook pages for our two tea brands. This will involve creating a rolling 2 week plan, getting sign off from the brand team, implementing the plan and reviewing activity. The objective is to drive brand engagement with current and new consumers through the Facebook channel, to build our audience and grow brand awareness in the UK.
Requirements:
• Passionate about social media and engaging consumers
• A creative thinker & content writer, with experience of graphic design and the ability to creatively source relevant, engaging content for our pages
• Experience of using social media management applications (e.g. Hootsuite, Rafflecopter etc) to schedule posts, enable data capture from competitions etc.
• Experience of Facebook advertising - targeting, implementing and reviewing
• High attention to detail
• A great communicator, able to work collaboratively with the brand team. Working remotely, the person needs to be great at communicating, keeping the brand team updated, amending / developing plans as required and providing feedback post-activity.
