Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
ISV and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner is looking for experienced appointment setters. The main activity will be outbound tele-prospecting, involving qualifying and booking prospects for web demo generated through cold calling. Calls will involve high-level engagement with Senior IT decision-makers.
The aim is to book prospects for online demo of software product(s). Appointment is defined as: a genuinely interested decision makers or decision influencers within the IT team willing to receive a short remote demonstration about our software.
Volume:
Deliver a total of 3000 dials (as per below requirements). The goal is to book 40 (forty) online demo appointment for 3000 dials. Job can be split into smaller chunks.
1st proposal must be only for 200 dials price for which can be agreed on. Upon completion of which both parties can agree, whether to continue working further or not.
Requirements:
1. Before any proposal is accepted, buyer requires to have a short role play with calling agent(s) who will make actual calls to ensure suitability fro this job. All required information regarding the product, GAP analysis and USPs, if required, will be provided;
2. To carry out work, seller will be provided with SIP VOIP system, which requires a decent internet connection and a headset with a microphone. (Work can be also performed on site (London office));
3. Dialling hours are Mon-Fri (except holidays) 9:00-12:30 and 14:00-16:30;
4. Dial is generally defined as: a number is dialled via SIP VOIP system (provided by buyer) and where a connection has been established and clear result is logged. If a call is dropped by technical faults or intentionally by a dialler, this is not considered as a valid dial and does not count. If VOIP system fails, which is very unlikely. Buyer must be informed immediately in order to rectify the problem;
3. All calls must be logged onto online Excel spreadsheet, with informative comments for each dial made and the nature of the conversation. Daily report must be provided to the buyer;
4. If seller is not available to carry work as required for any reasons, or if there are any problems which could affect the success of a project, buyer must be informed immediately;
5. Buyer entitled to cancel proposals agreements at any time without any reason and pay only for dials completed and reported according to all requirements published here. In the event of cancellation buyer will be invoiced only for the number of valid dials made (pro rata);
6. All calling agents must be native English speakers;
7. Minimum experience 2+ years in telemarketing.
