App development including ordering and payment

We would like to develop an APP,that is capable of handing food and beverage orders at a stadium, that can be ordered prior to half time and collected once half time arrives.

The app will allow an individual to order from a menu, state there seat and make payment.

This will then feedback to a control computer to allocate the order to the correct food outlet with the stadium.

The user will be given a reference to collect there food and the area where it will be available.
