App design for a basic photo manager on an iPad

Brief – What we are looking for is an iPad app that can sync with a computer and upload images into specific folders within the app so that they can be easily accessed. Essentially a photo manager app with the ability to transfer JPEG images from a predefined folder structure and send to the iPad keeping the same folder structure.
Secondly we would like the app to be able to extract information from a csv file and superimpose this text information onto the image before each upload.

• Folder Structure – We have a large variety of products and so we would need a primary level of root folders that allow for subfolders to be contained within them. These subfolders need to be able to contain subfolders of their own and possibly a fourth level of sub folders.
• Data Transfer – We need the sync to be done by standard Apple data cable
• Image Type – All image type would be JPEG
• CSV – This would contain two values. One is the product code and the second is the price.
• Superimposing images – The images would be stored in Folder A on a computer. We would need the cost and code to be superimposed onto the JPEG and saved into Folder B as a new image but keeping the same file name (which is also the product code).
• The information to be superimposed would be located in a CSV file in Folder A also. The images to be transferred to the iPad would then come from Folder B
• The font needs to be Myriad Pro and the colour of the text needs to be red and it needs to be placed in the upper left hand corner.
