Annual Accounts

I am looking for a number of things, but first thing is first and this will remain ongoing through my businesses if we fit.

I am looking for a UK based Accountant, who can for the initial project complete the accounts, wind up a company and complete personal tax returns for the two directors.

There will be a couple of submissions to company house and then standard account, submission and wind down of company.

There are no debtors or creditors it is now dormant and therefore need winding up.

Following on from this there will be a lot more work for our new business.
