Review and amendment of fixed term contract employment contract under Qatar Financial Centre employment regulation .
The purpose is to ensure that there is an early termination/break penalty clause if the contract is terminated by either parties before expiry of the term of the contract .

You say that you want amendment of the employment contract under "Qatar Employment Centre employment regulation". Does this mean that the contract is not governed by English law?

The Contract is governed by QFC laws. Copies of QFC employment regulations are attached.
I would also need a legal opinion confirming that the final employment contract ( after revision) is compliant with QFC laws.

We need to ensure that the contract ( after diluting or removing the termination without notice clause by the employer) is still enforeable under and compliant with QFC employment regulations .
The employer should not be able to reasonably dispute , in case of termination without notice , any claim -by the employee- for payment of salary and benefits for the remainder of the contract term.
Careful attention should be given to article 8, 23, and 24 of QFC Employment regulations , to ensure that a clean legal opinion is issued and is unqualified.
