Actinic Workaround Needed

We are in need of an Actinic specialist to assist us with a website.

We require a calculator where the user can input the dimensions of their rooms and it will tell them how much paint they need to buy and how much it will cost. All information such as type of paint, how far each paint spreads and cost of paint will be supplied by us. Pretty simple job for a good PHP developer.
