Access database refinement

We have an existing access database (1997) which needs updating and simplifying. The tables are relatively OK, but the forms, quiery tables, reports, interfaces, layouts need to be changed. Certain features and relationships in the rota scheduling need to be created. The database also needs some redesign to allow multiple real time users.
Relatively small job, but may lead to some more periodic redesign work.
