Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hello, my name is Adam Giles and I am the Chief Editor for an eLearning company based in the UK. (Please see profile for more information). We provide eLearning courses for corporate and public sector companies.
You can work at home, or where ever you like, as long as the work is finished by an agreed deadline. We are looking to build long-term relationships with our writers.
We would like a course written on: Dealing With Rent Arrears
The eLearning course will be targeted at: Educating Staff / Employees of our corporate and public sector organisations.
Please state your Fixed Price and attach your CV.
The Course
Our courses are made up of Sessions, usual around 7 Sessions (though they can be more or less depending on the subject). These are completed in order one after the other starting at Session 1. Each Session has a title e.g. 1. Who’s Affected by Domestic Abuse? or 2. Legislation on Domestic Abuse.
Session
A single Session consists of a Title, an Information Document containing text information and 3 Scenario questions. The Information Document obviously directly relates to the Session title. The Scenarios relate to the information provided in the Information Documents, which users must read first before doing the Scenarios.
Information Document
The Information Document consists of at least one page of information, usually these are between 1 and 2 pages but they can be more if necessary. A page of information is considered about 3 paragraphs. Bullets points can also be used, with about 10 bullet points equalling 1 page. Please feel free to mix and match text with bullets points. Our pages are smaller than a Word document page hence the advice above. We can add as many pages as necessary to provide the required information.
Scenario
We have 3 Scenario questions at the end of each Session. The Scenario is a ‘made up’ real world situation relating to the information given in the Information Document of that Session. The answers are multiple choice, they can be Yes : No, True : False or up to 4 possible answers (with 3 of those being wrong). There can be only one right answer. Once a correct answer is selected we have a sentence saying why is correct. An example scenario given is below:
----------
You are visiting a customer’s home. You arrive and the husband in the house is shouting at his wife. He is calling her names and mocking her in an aggressive tone. Is this an example of domestic abuse?
a) No because it’s not physical abuse
b) No because the victim hasn’t mentioned anything
c) Yes
Yes. This is clearly an example of domestic abuse. Verbal abuse is just as significant as physical abuse and it is unimportant that the victim hasn’t mentioned it; in fact she may be too scared to talk about it.
----------
Wanted sessions/content:
Session 1: Why Collecting Rent Is Important?
Session 2: What Actions Should You Take?
Session 3: Eviction Should Be A Last Resort.
Session 4: Prevention Is The Key.
Session 5: Your Safety.
Session 7: Assessment and Testing
Please find attached an Outline created for this course.
Please state your Fixed Price and attach your CV.
Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.
Best regards
Adam
