Definition of Mind, Body and Spirit



For an individual, mind, body and spirit are compact into one perfect creature, the way we were universally created. In order to be whole, we need to get a full function and throttle by these three facets of composition, elements and constituents.

The body will not function perfectly without the mind and the spirit. And the mind cannot perform devoid of the body, and the spirit cannot act or move physically minus the body and the mind. So, these three proponent should work on together to achieve better work performance.

The mind is the main source of a person’s brainpower, cognizance and perception. It constitutes ideas, contemplation, insight, recollection, feelings, willpower, desire, dreams, fantasy, vision and resourcefulness.

The body represents the physical body that encased the whole constituency that includes the brain which is the mind and the soul which is the spirit. The body incorporates, unifies and consolidates all functions so the purpose and the objectives of the whole constituency can be achieved and obtained to the maximum.

The human body comprises its growth, development, restoration, preservation and its termination or expiration through the demise of an individual. When the body ceases to live so is the mind but the spirit lives on. That is what we believe, and what some doctrines believe.

The human body entails all the body parts starting from the head down to the toes. It consist all the organs within and its systems, which include: skeletal, muscular, digestive, cardiovascular, lymphatic, endocrine, urinary, male and the female reproductive systems.

The term “spirit’ has various significance, value and implications, most of them are related to supernatural, mystical and the paranormal. The spirit is the very essence of every human existence, without the spirit, the body and the mind will not be in sync to nature. It would mean that a body would only function like a zombie, sleep walker, machine or a robot.

There are innumerable categories of spirits. Basically, spirits are ethereal by which they come from or pre-existed from a living creature. They come out only when a living host has expired or demised. That, will be the instant that they relocate or if not stay unconnected for a while before getting into another encasing or animistic body. These spirits are often identified as the “ghost” and usually labeled as the “consciousness”, perception or the awareness of a human entity.

Another type of spirit is the demonic sprite, such as: gnome, goblin, fairy, elf, nymph or leprechaun. They come in various types and packaging, and sometimes these supernatural and mystical creatures can be deadly than friendly. They lurk in eerie and magical places, and oftentimes, they can only be tamed by a psychic medium spiritualist.

Other extraordinary form of spirit is the Creator or the Supreme Being, which is recognized by many to be the “Great One” in various religious doctrines, canon laws, or some dogmatic rules that comprise significant religious concepts, hypotheses, views and beliefs.

Some spiritual deities, animal gods and other forms of worshipped spirits through nature manifestations, such as: volcanoes, mountains, rivers and other land and water formations. Animal deities were also being regarded as some spirits who have magical prowess to protect and provide abundance to its many subjects.
