Title:Work from home. Telephone Customer Service for ecommerce business, 10am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hi,

We're looking for someone to help take calls for our UK based ecommerce company for the next few weeks from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm with a one hour break.

You will be able to work from home - you just need to be based in the UK, have a landline number we can redirect calls to and have an internet connection to enable you to log in to our system and send emails.

Please apply if you meet the following criteria:

- have done customer service for an ecommerce or mailorder company previously
- can start as soon as possible
- can provide references which we will be able to check within 1 working day

If you can commit to some but not all of the hours stated then please let me know which hours you can do as we could possibly take two people on instead.

The job will entail taking orders from customers (some callers will require technical advice in which case you'd just need to take down the customers details) and taking messages which you will enter into our system.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for posting this. Freelancers have other clients and cannot easily give such large blocks of time, even on a job share basis.
I think you would be better looking to a temporary agency.

Thanks Moira
