Wordpress web developer

Hi there,
I'm looking for someone to build a 7-page website for me in Wordpress.

I need to be able to manage content, and the site will display recent Twitter posts, blog, scrolling portfolio, links to Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, data capture form and contact info form and the capacity to add video and extra pages at a later date.

The website needs SEO and Google Analytics to be added and possibly link to Google Places.

I've attached a pdf of the design.

I have an existing site hosted by Unlimited Web Hosting but is just a simple html site.
