Wordpress theme modifications

I require some slight modifications to my Wordpress theme currently in production on two sites & scheduled to go live in the next few days. The theme is one purchased from themeforest (Catalyst) which can be found here: http://themeforest.net/item/catalyst-wordpress-portfolio-theme/246080.

Basically i would like the header changing so that the background is a dark colour, the navigation to sit on top of the stripes png with the social icons on the very top right, and the ability to insert a larger logo while maintaining the admin theme functionality. Also some styling is required to some of the plugins i.e. Facebook like box. Therefore i require a web developer with a high level of Wordpress themes, php, css, graphic design & html 5 etc. This should only take an experienced web developer no more than 2 hours tops, also i require this work to be done within the next day or so. Sorry about the short time frame. I've attached a screen shot of what the site currently looks like with the larger logo & what i would like it to look like. As you can see the layout looks awful, due to the limitations of the theme. Once these changes have been made & fully tested i will be very happy.
