Wordpress template design

I require a wordpress template for a sports therapy company. I have a company logo which can be provided in many formats. This will obviously need to feature on the template. I am after a clean and clinical design that sticks to the blue/white theme of the company logo. I am open to ideas with regards to a menu system, either horizontal or at the side with a 2 column layout. The site will only feature 4 or 5 static pages, the usual things, testimonials, contact page etc. It will not be used for blog posts.
