Wordpress site general modifications and integration of payment system URGENT – required immediately.

Brief:
We have an existing wordpress website with a faulty payment system currently in place. The ‘eshop’ plugin needs to be removed from the site and replaced with either an ‘estore’ plugin or something similar (if you have any better suggestions).
The ‘shop’ plugin needs to include a shopping basket function allowing users to buy products throughout the site using paypal or credit/debit card (without them having a paypal account). It is essential that customers receive notifications of purchases, as some products will require a code to download them digitally.
The types of products sold are CD’s, e-courses (PDF e books) MP3 files etc
Details/Tasks:
Removal of current e-shop plugin
Installation of new ecommerce plug in
Set up and testing of new ecommerce plugin
Modifications to existing site to properly integrate the new ‘estore’ – update of links and product page
Integration of paypal look & feel – i.e. paypal/visa logos and buttons etc
Structure
The products need to be displayed in a single page in a list, broken down by category – I.e E-courses, CD sets, MP3's, Workshops, Tele-seminars, Coaching sessions. Products need to have an ‘add to order’ button which when clicked will take the user through to their basket and the payment system.
The important thing is that the customer experience is smooth and as EASY as possible. The new plug in needs to function correctly with no issues and take payments easily.
You need to allow for the addition of new products. I would like to be able to edit the project page and take off, ammend and add new products.


Candidates:
You must have excellent working knowledge of wordpress and e-commerce systems.
I want someone to own this project. I have no knowledge of this subject and want someone that will talk to me, to satisfy themselves that they understand what I want and need, to give my clients an easy and smooth experience of using my site.
You must be UK based (for ease of communication)
You must be able to complete this work no later than Thhursday 7th April
You must be available and willing to speak to me on the phone and keep me UTD with progress
