Wordpress designer / developer required for a 3 columns website

I am looking for a Wordpress designer / developer to design a simple and very clean 3 columns website for a weekly enewsletter/Post.

The site will have the following 5 pages initially:
Home | about |submit a story | links | contact

You will only be required to add content (which i will provide) for the ‘home’ and ‘archive’. I will be adding the rest myself at a later stage.

The left column already has the ‘archive’ option to be used for future previous issue/post. You might need to replace this with something you design yourself to make it stand out and cleaner.

The right column needs a ‘Book of the months’ tab where i will be adding recommended books banner from Amazons. + ‘a never miss a post’ ‘subscribe now’ tab.

For the banner/header I have a Photo, logo and logline.

The ‘homepage’ already has a ‘leave a reply’ option to allow visitors to leave a comment for new post. Again, you may need to replace this with something you design yourself to make it stand out and cleaner.

Please bear in mind that I am familiar with wordpress, but i am limited when it comes to the actual designing and coding, so please quote your best price and provide links to previous work.
