Wordpress blog template modification

I have a Wordpress blog that was designed in the Artiseer programme that I would like to look as similiar to the main website as possible. I namely need the header and footer of the blog to look exactly like the website. (except with the middle bit which is the postings.)

I would also like a Google Ads banner in the template (top right hand corner next to the logo)

I had a problem with a previous freelancer so I am trying to provide as much information in the job description as possible.

Addtional information

- I can provide urls once you bid as I believe PPH don't allow me to provide urls here.
- the main website is build with PHP, the header and footer are actually images, I have been informed
- all links from the navigation bar should go to the appropriate pages.
- the header and footer is the navigation part of the site (to avoid confusion - will become clear once you see the urls)
- I have been told the coding of the template wasn't fantastic so please bear this in mind

Other
- Please provide me with an expected completed date
- It of course should work across multiple browsers
- No warning errors (bottom left hand corner) afterwards please
- All plugins already on site should still work once you made changes.

I have another blog that needs exactly the same thing done so if you can do this right then you will also get this job. Ideally I would like this done by the weekend.
