Wordpress Modifications

We have a website that is up and running well. However, we need some minor modifications that will need to be done within a day or two. It is a wordpress site and we just need to modify the postings. Currently all postings are postings are emailed, we want them to be posted immediately which will show the author, time, date...We will also need a FLAG button for improper use. Just a simple email link to us.
