Wordpress Custom Theme

I'm after a wordpress custom/adapted theme. It needs to house the content set out within the attached framework briefing document but with the facility to expand later.

I'm open to the idea/pricing option of either adaptation of an existing template along the lines of Themeforest's purevision/sansation/striking corporate for quality and feel or from scratch.

I will provide hosting and wordpress account login and if you're quoting for adapting something like sansation, I would naturally purchase this first.

I will expect content that I provide to be loaded and the site to be checked and working properly however training would not be expected but you may wish to quote separately for an additional hourly rate for this aspect.
