Wordepress custom social media button plugin needed

I have a wordpress site which currently uses a plugin to display the google +1 button at the bottom of every page, post and category. I would like to add a become a fan on facebook button linked to our facebook page, a follow us on twitter button linked to our twitter account, a facebook like button and a twitter tweet button and if possible, an add this page to favourites (ie bookmark) button. I suspect a simple custom made plugin might be the best option but am open to ideas.
