Word press plugin preferable 24 hour completion!

I need a Wordpress plug in, which will allow users to add and event to a website, submitting 4 or 5 fields (1 image) of information, sending details to admins(for approval) and then display the information on the site.

The developer lined up for the work estimated 8/10 hours work. We have a maximum budget of £225.

We would require the work delivered by the end of Tomorrow, and then possibly a phone call tomorrow evening to check through everything and sign off.
