Word Press Web Designer Wanted

Hi there

I am looking for a Word Press Web Designer to create a simple five page website for a client that creates portraits and murals. She would like to have a home page, a gallery on three pages showcasing different items that they have designed and a contact page.

Please could you let me know:

1. When you can start
2. Examples of art/mural/design websites you have created before
3. A total cost of creating this website

The client already has a simple website hosted online - so need for hosting, domain name purchase or email accounts to be set up.
