10" tall, 6" wide, run flat, foam over plastic rim. medium duty- capable of carrying up to 200lbs. Probably 2 piece plastic snap together rim with bearings for standard wheel barrow sized axle. Cost effectiveness is KEY as is ease of manufacturing.
