Website developer CSS coder required

I am looking for a website designer with a strong knowledge of CSS. To use a piece of software i have a licence for to develop a group buying website. The software has the basic back end stuff, but it needs to be changed to incorporate some other features. The front end is not good and needs to be rebuilt/ designed to incorporate more features, most of which are already on the software but with some new ones. The software i have is couponic- uniprogy.com Css coded but needs features adding and changing.

This software uses CSS coding, and so any person who is interested in this job will need to demonstrate a sound knowledge of using it, and also demonstrate a good design flare.

We have the basic layout of all pages, we have a brand developed already and a logo along with a detailed tec spec. We are just looking for someone to make modifications to the software and get the website up and running for us, in the quickest time possible,
