Experienced web designer required for designing a small website (less than 10 pages) using CMS (WordPress or Drupal) and installing it to web hosting. Graphic design for this website is crucial to give this website a professional feel.

The website is a blog for a small team, it requires the following pages:

Front page (menus, recent article, news, team member profile highlights)

Member page (member profiles, include a picture and a short text description, member name and text is searchable)

Advisor page (advisor profiles, similar to member profile)

Articles (team blog, need tag, searchable, social media buttons, copyright notice and button, it should also show readers with articles with similar tags)

Reader registration (Reader of the site needs to register to view full content, otherwise can only view the first few sentences)

About Us (mission statement etc)

The website needs to be able to generate reader logs to track who read what and when

To clarify:
Apart from Website Admin, there will only be 1 type of user: Reader;
Blog can only be posted by website admin;
Reader registration is purely for viewing history/ contact form purpose
