Website administration

We run an eCommerce website and need a remote administrator to work on an hourly rate:

- Processing customer orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries about orders & delivery
- Processing refunds
- Co-ordinating supplier deliveries
- Respond to customer calls (we\'ll provide Skype account so no costs involved)
- Co-ordinate any invoices with our bookkeeper
- Deal with any other work for the directors

We do everything virtual and you will be sharing via Google Docs, Email & Brightpearl.

Ideally have worked for an online business before and obviously be comfortable working remotely and dealing with customers/suppliers.
