Title:Website Usability / Bounce Rate / Conversion Testing

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I have a website that was launched a couple of weeks ago. Before launch I asked friends and family to go onto the site, have a look around and let me know what their thoughts were.

As I suspected they came back with one or two helpful suggestions and a list of spelling mistakes.

Since launch my conversion has been worse than I would have hoped. Using Google Analytics I have identified a couple of areas which require particular attention. Specifically the initial bounce rate, and the registration page are both converting very poorly.

What I need is half a dozen people to go on to the site and spend 45 minutes looking around then send me a report (from a usability perspective) of what was good, what could be improved, what was bad, untrustworthy, unclear, broken, impossible to understand etc.

The report should be no more than two pages and should give bullet points of the good the bad and the ugly about the site as a whole and the landing pages and registration page in particular.

I am willing to pay £35 per person for this project and will need 6 people. I figure it should take no more than 90 minutes of your time.

The successful candidates will receive the URL of the site and some more detailed instructions.

Please don't bid more than £35. Bids will be decided on ratings and experience.

It looks like the system will not let anyone bid for less than £40 per hour, despite what the CSR told me.

£40 per hour is what it is then!
