Job Description

New business to business website requires the drafting of a Terms and Conditions (Terms of Business) document and a Privacy Policy document. The project includes first draft of documents and one set of changes (not substantial) to these following the review by us.
The project will require initial research to gain an understanding of our business and our key requirements of these documents. Followed by drafting of both documents, review by us and final changes made to te documents.
Experience in T&C\'s drafting essential. Experience of completion of a similar project with same type of requirements preferred.
information on our key requirements for the terms and conditions and a draft Pricacy policy are included in the attachment.
Work needs to be started in the new year and completed by the end of January.

Here are some practical tips on staying safe

Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
