Website PHP Programmer

I have several website designed and most of which are currently in production awaiting a PHP backend. The programmer I was using is not able to do what I need. I would like to have three sites currently in production finished and the other previous sites currently in use upgraded. Most of them are using several rich text editors with limited capability. I am also open to suggestions for making online modificationss for the client easier.
