Website Flash Developer

I am seeking a flash developer to create a intro page for my website. The page should include cartoon like charaters or Brush like. Here is a link to example I like but only it will tell our concept http://images.template-help.com/screenshots/7300/7303.html, 1-3 second flashes clips telling a story in less than 30 seconds of our product concept. We have a little girls new design apperal and we want mom's to get the "idea" in this intro page. The intro Page will be promotional based and mainly for demostraing purposes only, there will be no other categories pages at this time. The Product target is for mom's with daughters in the age range of 2-9 years of age.
