Website Designer/Administrator

I have a Joomla! template website, which has been loaded with 95%+ of the required data and set up in the required layout by a third party. I need to get this site live within the next 10-15 days and need someone who has expertise in Joomla! Templates and can:
- make some amendments to text held in the actual templates
- create a few new categories and attributes (and add these to existing products) to enable searching activity by end user on price, country or origin etc
- provide me with sufficient training to enable me to manage the site content thereafter, including adding/removing/editing/uploading articles/images etc., and explaining how the customer order processing works on the site.
