Job Description

I wish to sell a classic car. In order to provide potential buyers I intend providing a proffessional looking website to cover the history, rebuild and subsequent life of the car.
I am in the definition phase at present and have about 75% of the content ready the remainder will be complete within two weeks from now. Will comprise something like an index page with an image across the top, 4-5 content pages and around 3 images pages. My budget is £250- £350 ( $500-$600)
All details will be provided later.

I needed some clarifications from you.

1. Are you looking at a specific programing language to
be used for developing this project
2. Will u be providing the space for holding the source
code ( source repository )
3. Will you be providing the layouts and the look and
feel or should we decide on that
