I require a professional looking website created in Joomula, dotnetnuke or something similar. Other than a very good design I only need custom programming on a few pages. I had another freelancer on this job but he didn’t deliver anything. I will provide my company logo for the design.

The requirements on the pages

Page one;

A user data capture form that stores the details in a database and triggers an email to me, this email address needs to be configurable

Page two

Allows users to upload documents, again this will trigger an email to me

Page three

On user login a user can look at documents uploaded by the administrator.

Page four

Administrator can upload documents and select which individual user can see them. When an administrator uploads a document an email is sent to that user to let them know a document has uploaded.
