Website, ASP, Database

I have created a simple website, that works okay. Perhaps not sophisticated, but okay. I now want to include a database for further formuala and calculations. My provider is Namesco, and they use SQL through litte admin etc.

I need your help to set up the database, connection strings and ASP elements to access and operate.

I am an engineer and not a programmer but do understand MS access quite well
