Webpage design

Hi I uregently need the following
1. A single html page design smillar to the link below with ficticius names read only but with 3 button links to my site and 3 bubbles on right hand side pointing to 3 telephone number.( i will supply txt to go into bubbles) If you wonder its a demo page for our services. Here is the link,

3. Flash Animated txt banner advert with the following text "Need more business for your business........." will give you last part of text.

4. A simple static banner 200*200 text only but in a nice font reading "..... Online freephone service click on the number to make a free call now"
