Web developer

I have a charity website that has been built by a graduate. He is stuck on one page where we need to be able to add categories to a blog. He has used a free blog platform. I'm wondering if wordpress could be integrated into this page. There will be a lot of events added to this page so we need a regional category menu at the top of the page.

I understand that this may be quite a small job, but there is another website of similar size that needs to be built from scratch, so its worth your while bidding. This needs to be done today / tomorrow.
