Web design

I'm looking for someone to create a new website for my company, The current website www.arrowstracking.co.uk, holds a lot of information, is untidy and needs updating. Essentially, I'm just not happy with it so would like someone with experience to design a new website. I am looking for people to bid for the work and would like some examples of any previous work carried out if possible. Thanks
