Web-Site tuition using Dreamweaver CS5.5 for Mac

I have a web-site design that I want to use to replace my current web-site. Please see attached style sheet. It consists of 7 pages of text, images and movies and download literature. I want to use this to learn how to create and manage a new web-site using Dreamweaver CS5.5 via my Mac. Please see the attachment for style. My wife and I work from a home-office in Wallingford, Oxfordshire so bids need to come from web-designers who can travel to our home office on a daily basis during the tuition process. Ideally I want to get the web-site running in March.
