Web Scraping scripts

We're looking for someone to provide us with web scraping/spidering scripts for a variety of public sources on the web. The output would need to be in excel in a tightly formatted templates (we'd provide guidelines here). The typical data would include names/companies/clinics and the and contact details that go with them. experience with web scraping and output format fine-tuning essential. Candidates must have excellent comms skills in English.

There will be several source URLs to look at so I'm looking for quotes/bids based around 2 site scraping scripts. We would provide an excel format with example data in it by way of specifying the output format, and a guidelines document detailing what to look out for (and pitfalls to avoid in data formatting).
