Website Adaptation (Templatic events theme)

Notes:
We are seeking an experienced web designer to commence work on a Word Press site. A template has already been purchased, we have a server and domain. Most of the work will be just arranging the widget but some configuration need to be done to fully adapt the site to how we want it to function. We will be using the following theme

We hope that the few adaptation we need can be changed within the template.
Site should be built on a temporary platform until ready to load on the main site page.
Templatic events Theme (developer version) has been purchased

Full site structure can be sent on project commencement but it will be similar to the demo above.

Main changes that may need some coding are:

We will be working with businesses that have events to promote. We will call these Providers
Providers Experience
Notes:
Providers should be able to register to add events and manage their events.
Registration can happen when adding the first event through the “Submit event “ button as seen in the demo
or
Through a Member Login in with option for new members to register.
Providers should either be able to register using just email and password is sent to them (as per widget)
They can then add the details below in their profile when they log in OR optionally provide them at registration. (whatever widget works best)
Name, Address (with Post code instead of Zip code) , email, telephone , contact name website , logo, organisation description etc (as per current widget)
Extra Notes for Profile :
Please add a drop down menu for providers to choose and organisation type in their profile

Submitting events
New providers can click on the Submit events button and register (as per widget)
Registered Providers can click also on the Submit events button and then Login
or Login directly on home page and then submit event ( there is a login widget)

Events Details
As per the Template widget : Event title, Event start date etc

Extra Notes may need coding :
1) Events will be under 5 Main Categories 4 of them will have about 15 Sub categories (Subcategories will be the same for all 4 Main Categories)
These should be drop down categories (we should have a back end to add/change/modify these)
The Search Function should allow for searching under the Main and Subcategories

In event details there is a section called Organiser info :
There should be a tick box so that the provider registration info can be used if the Organiser is the same a Provider registered. In many cases this will be true but of course it maybe be possible that an event organiser is different from the registered provider in this case they can add it on.

Registered providers should be able to add multiple events before being taken to final shopping cart.
Providers Should be able to delete or edit events posted when still active
Providers should be able to manage postings
Paypal is the preferred payment gateway (widget available)

SUPPORT TICKTING WIDGET added so we can manage queries through support tickets.
