i District postcode eg TS, TS1 to TS28 etc. User to be prompted after typing first character
ii Period (last) Dropdown: 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks 4 weeks, Anytime (still on market)
This should return a statement with the number of properties which match the search criteria
A test dataset is available with 25,000 record in an excel spreadsheed to test the speed of searches & delivery. The working database will grow steadily and reach up to approx 150,000 records. As well as satisfying the search criterea, the only records that should be returned in the results are those marked v (verified).
