Description

A client has contacted us in regards to the design and build of a website to advertise 'space to let/hire' in and around the London area. The website would have a property feel to it, but on a much smaller basis in that this business is just getting off the ground and only has a small collection of properties in it's portfolio. I have attached a sitemap for reference.

I am looking for a developer who could take the completed live design (html/css) and create a user friendly CMS (preferably using Wordpress) so that the client can update their news feed/blog and also add in new properties as and when necessary. There is also potential for a customer database, whereby users would need sign in/register an account in order to submit questions and answers to an online forum.

At present, this project is still in the pitch stage, so I would like to be able to propose a cost to the client as soon as possible. It would good if the project could be split, so that the costs for the CMS are separate to those for the registration/database/forum (these latter parts may be non-essential elements dependent on cost).

The client is looking to have the site up and running before late December, with CMS and development to be completed by the end of January. There will obviously also be scope for maintenance and ongoing development as the business grows.

Thanks
