Web Designer Required for Website Overhaul

I'm looking for a creative web designer to redesign the website for my company which provides legal documents. The site contains a lot of information which is currently accessed through a 'Knowledge Base' section. I would like this information to be available via a new menu system on the homepage. This will be part of wider navigation changes to improve the usability of the website. I have examples of websites which I would like it to take inspiration from, including elements from those which I would like integrated into the redesign. The current site is around two years old and various elements have been tacked on as it has grown so it is certainly due for a complete 'web 2.0' overhaul.

I have extensive Internet experience but I'm not a designer and my html/css skills aren't cutting edge, but I can assist with for example adding content etc. I am also involved with a digital agency (seo - Internet marketing etc) and will be looking for a possible on-going arrangement (non-disclosure basis) with a designer for future projects.
