Web Designer

I need a simple redesign of my website to enable new content to fit. I already have a webmaster but he is too busy to take on this small job at the moment but has told me what I need to be done. I need a simple web re-design done with HTML pages, the site will need to be widened, all the images re-done, some new images sourced, and changes to each page to use different font sizes. There will be eight pages of content, some with more content than others, I also want Whoever is employed to be able to upload the pages to the site when the pages have been approved.
