Web Design

I'm looking for someone to design a simple web site - about 6 pages. I have the content & logo etc and a basic idea of what I want. Hosting, domain registration etc. is already taken care of.

You will be able to take my basic idea, suggest enhancements and develop the site, then send me the finished article for publishing. It should also be suitable for future changes / upgrades. The site will need a "contact us" page and ideally will be able to scroll / alternate specific text on each page. Also, I'll need a placeholder where I can put client's comments. I'm not worried about Flash content but I want the site to be equally attractive on computers and mobile devices.

Ideally I want a fixed price or at least an hourly rate and a realistic estimate of how long it will take, and a timescale for delivery.
