Hi

We have two requirements for an urgent start.

1: New website template for wordpress, we have th graphics and look and feel needs to be implemented from these graphics
partial ecommerce using top sellers, not a full store, payments via paypal

2: Exisiting site needs a few amendments due to lack of finishing from previous developers - nothing to intensive
