Job Description

I am looking for a virtual PA with following duties:
expenses
Simple book keeping - (it is very simple, no need for any formal qualifications and no sophisticated software like SAGE involved only spreadhseets)
VAT returns
Quotes
Some ad hoc telephone answering - (doesnt matter if you are not available all the time...very few calls and none are urgent)
Email/web marketing campaign assistance - somple simple website updates/emailling/general correspondence/
very occassionally some bill payment chasing
5- 10 hours a week. More hours to start with to sort out my backlog!!!!
Will need to travel to my office (Great Witley to pick up all the necessary paperwork in the first instance.

Job Budget

Budget:Hourly: £10 - £15 per hour

If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
