Virtual Data Entry Assistant

I need a reliable, trustworthy and efficient data entry person on an ongoing basis to receive emails on a daily basis of clients referred to us and upload them onto our web application with the appropriate descriptions of the documents and the authorised sessions per client.
Good understanding of English is required to interpret the emails so that they are uploaded into the correct place with the correct information.
The web application is simple to use and full training and instruction manual will be provided.
