Virtual Assistant Required

I have a new business based in Northampton.

We advertise and market (mainly web based) residential property developments overseas that are for sale to UK clients - sunset Villas in Southern Italy for instance. We dont sell single resale properties - generally it\'s all new build with developments normally containing several different property types from which a client can choose - apartments, townhouses etc.

It\'s a very interesting area and we have very interesting projects. We have won exclusive rights from a major developer and will be marketing directly to clients and looking to build up a network of agents and IFAs etc.

On the company website is an 0800 phone number - this currently generates just a really small number of calls -we have not launched yet however.

I expect this call volume to go up significantly over the next few months. If all goes to plan I expect to have many other requirements over the next few months and onwards as well.

I\'m looking for a virtual assisatant to take calls.

For what I need now the bigger virtual assistant companies are looking pretty expensive with setup costs and the minimum packages that they offer ---------also I\'d prefer someone more local ideally and who can learn about the business.

On receiving calls you would email or text me and note the time spent ---
then when certain points are reached you would invoice.

I\'m open to a reasonable cost per hour but dont want setup costs and minimum cost per month packages. We\'d have to discuss the practicalities of implementing but I\'m sure it would be pretty simple.

This is an interesting project with lots of scope to lead on to other work.
